This is an action made for Photoshop which creates a snowing effect at the click of a button. Just one click. There should be 3 different actions, though I may have mistakenly included a "blizzard" option. The 3 different actions are:

Blurred Snow 1 This makes for a fast-paced snow fall. This is not supposed to focus on the snow, but rather the image.

Blurred Snow 2 This is another version of the first snow effect. It's a little softer.

Pixel Snow This is more like what you would find in a snow globe. It's very pixelated and defined.

Installation

1. Download the .zip file.
2. Open the .zip file and move the atn-files into the Photoshop Action folder. (Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Photoshop Actions)
3. In photoshop, go to your Actions Palette [should be near the "swatches"]. Atleast, it is in mine. Or, you can simply go to Window >> Actions.
4. Load the actions by clicking on the arrow on the upper right corner of the window and clicking "load actions."
5. Now, load in the fs_snow action. Do NOT rename it.
